● Come join us! We're going to celebrate the near completion of our trail -- the end of Phase II construction -- Oct. 11 from 2 to 4 p.m.! Good eats, soft drinks, music and more! Check back for details.  ● Construction winding up! Work on the Greenwich parking lot at Townsend Street, below left, continues while grading and surfacing near completion at Alpha Road looking east. Portions of the trail between Greenwich East Townline and Alpha roads may be inaccessible over the next few weeks.

● Next board meeting: Tuesday, Sept. 15, at the New London Methodist Church meeting room, 7 p.m. Members and guests are welcome.
● Labor Day weekend: Look for us in the New London parade Sept. 5. The procession begins at 1 p.m.
